A cluttered desk makes it difficult to focus on the task at hand; the same is true when praying. The “visual clutter” of the page is cleared out, leaving an organized, straightforward layout. Instructional elements are moved to the side margins to further keep the focus.

The human mind identifies words by the distinct visual arrangement of their letters and the shape of the words. Much like the Chicago skyline is recognizable by the spacing of its buildings and landmarks like the Willis Tower, words are recognized by the vertical height and silhouette of their letters. To make the prayers even more accessible, the font is up to 20% more readable than the current edition. A premium large print version is also available.

Metallic Gold Artwork. Throughout each volume, dozens of images of sacred art by Gustave Doré are printed in custom-made gold ink to inspire reflection on the sacred prayers.
