• Gluten content of 6 parts per million (to be considered gluten free the product must be below 20 parts per million)
• Baked with dedicated equipment not used for regular altar bread production
• Packaged minutes after baking and are untouched by human hands
• Carefully shaped and sealed to prevent crumbs
